When to start with Christmas vouchers

Vouchers are among the most popular Christmas gifts. Many people buy them in the last two weeks, but those who hear early are more likely to think of your café. The plan therefore starts seven weeks before Christmas with an announcement, reminds twice and ends with a last-minute call in the week before Christmas Eve.

  • Announce: show the vouchers and say where to get them.
  • Remind: a short note in your story is enough.
  • Gift idea: sell an experience such as “Breakfast for 2”, not only an amount.
  • Last minute: online vouchers arrive by email at once, even on 24 December.

Frequently asked questions

Which Christmas is the plan for?

The next one: the tool works out the weeks and dates from today to the coming 24 December.

What does “Template, no AI” mean?

Our free AI allowance is limited. When it is used up or the service is down, you get templates with your details to adjust yourself.

How long is a Christmas voucher valid?

Without its own term, three years from the end of the year of purchase (§§ 195, 199 BGB). The voucher template sets it correctly.

Are my details stored?

No. They go to our server and from there to an AI service (Groq, or Cloudflare Workers AI as a fallback) to write the texts and are not stored afterwards.
