Announce a price change
Fill in your café, the date, your reason and the new prices, then edit the notice and print it for your counter in A4 or A5, or copy the text.
Nothing is saved. What you type stays in this browser tab only and is lost when you reload or close the page. Copy or print the notice before you leave.
Your notice
Fill in the details and select Create notice. You can then edit the text freely.
Print opens your browser’s print dialog, where you can also save as PDF. The printed page shows only your notice.

What makes a price notice clear
- The date first. Guests want to know when it applies. Put it in the first line.
- Your reason, briefly and honestly. Name what changed for you in a sentence or two. The template never adds a reason you did not write.
- The new prices, easy to scan. List each product once. Show the previous price only if you want to.
- Visible where people order. A5 fits next to the till or on a table; A4 works on a door or the menu board.
Example
With Load example the tool fills in an illustrative café, a date four weeks ahead, a short reason and two products, one with a previous price. The text it produces reads like this:
New prices from 1 November 2026 Our coffee and milk suppliers have raised their prices. We want to keep our quality, so some prices change from this date. Cappuccino: €3.80 (previously €3.50) Filter coffee: €2.90 Thank you for your understanding. Café Beispiel
Questions
Can I download a PDF?
Use Print and choose “Save as PDF” as the printer. That keeps the layout you see in the preview.
Is my text stored?
No. It exists only in this browser tab. Reloading or closing the page clears it.
Does the notice show a percentage increase?
No. It lists your new prices and, where you enter them, the previous ones. Guests can see the difference themselves.
